Refund policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within **30 days** of delivery for unworn, unaltered, and unwashed items in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
- Hair must be in its original condition (no cutting, washing, dyeing, or styling)
- Lace must remain intact and uncut
- You must contact us at service@fullyrightonbeauty.com before sending the item back.
**Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
**Return Shipping**
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
No returns on clearance, custom, or final sale items.
We accept returns on unopened, unworn hair bundles within 7 days of delivery.
