Thank you for shopping with KIWI Hair Beauty. We take pride in offering premium 100% human hair products. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.


✅ Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • Hair must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging
  • Lace, bundle ties, and product tags must remain intact
  • Return request must be submitted to service@fullyrightonbeauty.com within 7 days

📦 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Hair that has been worn, washed, dyed, bleached, cut, or installed
  • Custom wigs or special-made orders
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Lace items with damage or removal

🔄 Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

🛡 Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees.
Eligible returns will receive a full product refund (excluding shipping).
